• Mypcwala.com offers a 7 day Replacement guarantee on all products. Please get in touch with us within 7 Days of receiving your order if you would like to have it replaced.   1)  1)  Go to “OrderHistory” page
  2) Open the Order for which you want to place the Replacement Request
  3) Click on “Replacement” button in front of product that you want to Replace.
   
• * We accept replacement request within 7 days of the order. Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.
• Replacements are subject to approval from the quality assurance team. The video provided by you on Email would be carefully examined and replacements will be provided only if your request/issue/problem is genuine. 
• Once the Replacement request is approved, We will dispatch a Brand New Replacement Product within 48 hours of approval. 🙂 

Return policy will work only if our product is completely damaged or not completely working.

If you still want to return your product, the product is worth up to Rs 1000, then (Rs 150) will be deducted
