- Mypcwala.com offers a 7 day Replacement guarantee on all products. Please get in touch with us within 7 Days of receiving your order if you would like to have it replaced. 1) 1) Go to “OrderHistory” page
2) Open the Order for which you want to place the Replacement Request
3) Click on “Replacement” button in front of product that you want to Replace.
- * We accept replacement request within 7 days of the order. Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.
- Replacements are subject to approval from the quality assurance team. The video provided by you on Email would be carefully examined and replacements will be provided only if your request/issue/problem is genuine.
- Once the Replacement request is approved, We will dispatch a Brand New Replacement Product within 48 hours of approval. 🙂
Return policy will work only if our product is completely damaged or not completely working.
If you still want to return your product, the product is worth Above Rs 999, then (Rs 259) will be deducted
Conditions for Return/Replacement

Return/Replacement requests must be raised within 1 hour of delivery.

An unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or replacement.

The product must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To be eligible for return or replacement, please ensure the following:

Record a clear unboxing video from the moment you open the package.

The video must show the outer packaging, opening process, and the product inside.

The issue (damaged/defective/wrong product) must be clearly visible in the video.

No returns or replacements will be accepted without the unboxing video.
